How can you prove it's from Steve's dilution not from the shorties? Who's buying these shares? Steve has to file 8k to sell his shares. These is no new shares added to the float since the punch tv deal was done by restricted shares. I'm upset with the current pps too, but I see no proof of this caused by the company.
