Questioning things is fine. Coming to preordained conclusions is not.

Lawsuits are quite common and can be quite profitable -- even for those who are not in the right.  It's sad to see how many cases settle simply to avoid prolonged and costly legal battles and adverse PR.  There are always differences of opinion -- especially near the water, for some reason.  Those coastal folks are quiet litigious!!!  Hawaii gets it on all sides!!
