Nah, that won't work.  The elusive 'they' just put up BO's prom pics today.  I am pretty sure the public is still concerned about all his scandals (Fast and Furious, Benghazi, IRS-gate, AP and other media chills, etc.) no matter how smiley he is in his prom pics.  Distraction does not work for more than a second or two.  IMO
