Concern 1: got yet another pm today of someone saying they are going to file a complaint with the SEC. Even if its not true, I only wonder how many complaints until the SEC puts a hold on this to research the complaints. Especially after JC supposably filed one.
Concern 2: Whike Steve says he didn't know JC wasn't paying the producers, workers, etc... I'm not sure how someone who is over the whole company didn't know this was going on. More than that I don't see how we are not going to be liable for the time Punch was part of this company if people file law suits.
Concern 3: After reading and rereading the Q it appears that not only did we give back Punch to JC but that we pretty much paid for everything and walked away with nothing except his shares.
Concern 4: Steve said he's going to retire some 600 mil shares... That's great news!!! No one can argue that! But... How will these new team members be paid? If they being in new revs, those revs will probably only be enough to justify their salaries for now. Will they work in exchange for shares? If so that would lock up more shares theoretically right? Which would be good for us. Take more shares out of the float and lock them
up in the hands of the new execs and make it where they can't sell them right away...
Overall, I'm really happy with this whole new idea of VU. I'm just wondering how we as a company will overcome all that's happened and whether or not this new company will rise or fall VU.
