If the demand is there, Baltia could have those destinations added within months.  Money gets the job done and Baltia has that now and will even more so when they are certified and flying.  I'm not sure I understand what you're arguing.  It doesn't make a whole lot of sense.  And again, a codeshare agreement negates everything you say about travelers here in the states looking to go to Russia.
