Its not what you think, or hear that counts, it's what reality is based on the rules, and if the Easement takes 30 days, counting from the same day FDEP grants the permit, then tell me how can it be sooner? Rhetorical question of course. Unless the rules are changed, or reinvented on these boards, it will be like I say it will be! I've read "soon & sooner" for 4 months in a row now, and none of the hearsay driven predictions were right, none! I've been saying since March that the permit will come in May, half May as mean but it could easily be the end of May. Obviously I was the only one who had it right from the start. You will see...
