Mr Novack returned my call toady,we talked for about 1hr on a variety of topics,regarding the tier change on otc i called the otc market as Mr Novack suggested & they told me the tier change was do to the attorney not filing another extension for the period May 15 to the 20,bottom line it was an oversight on part of the attorney,a very foolish oversight but nevertheless just an oversight,everything else it up to par.
