Mitchell Lease Update for May 22, 2013

On May 21, 2013, Treaty Energy Corporation (TECO) received notice from TNC's completion crew that the Mitchell #3 well is fully complete and has been put into production. TECO received video of the well in full production which may be seen by visiting this link .

TECO will continue to monitor the flow rates on the Mitchell #3 and will inform investors of the flow rate when a consistent BPD estimate can be determined. TNC's completion crew will now focus on the completion of Mitchell #4. 

TECO is excited to begin the next chapter in the Company's history and thanks shareholders for their continued support.
