Look like whoever this ETRF is he is just wanting to drive price lower and lower.  He is at it for few days now.  Someone doesn't want this to close green after that big run.  Knowing MMs shorted over 150 million shares, the only way they can do this is to drive price lower so they have shares to cover from CDs.   If we are trading at .002 and hold there, they are screwed big time.
