Another Question for conversation - The ability and authorization to sell tickets is an independent milestone, correct?   Meaning (and I know they are all dependent in some ways....)  that Training does not HAVE to be fully completed, Proving flight Have not yet to be performed, and the Plane does not HAVE to be completely done with its checks to get that ability, correct?  In other words, this is not a completely linear process....  Man I hope that came out right....  Baltia
