As 'they' say, the three most important things in real estate are location, location, and location. What's not said as often, however, is that the same three criteria apply when an oil explorer is picking land to drill on. Fortunately for Norstra Energy, Inc. (OTCBB:NORX), nearby neighbors like Shell Oil, Flying J, and Arco have all but verified that NORX is in the right place at the right time.
