San Gold Corporation ( T.SGR , SGRCF ) late Tuesday said it has filed an early warning report with respect to its purchase of 1.25 million common shares of Wildcat Exploration ( V.WEL , WCTXD) pursuant to a subscription agreement, this according to a company news release .

The purchase represents approximately 16.17% of the issued and outstanding Wildcat common stock.

As a result of this transaction, San Gold will now hold 19.4% of the issued and outstanding shares of Wildcat.
