Above and beyond most penny stocks are non-filers to begin with.  Why is he bothering with microcaps and then to add to it why so much time on TECO?  The agenda is obvious. Most of these neyseyers don't have a clue about operating a business in general never mind an oil  E&P business.  I admit that I was niave as hell when it came to typical delays, equipment failures, the amount of funds it took to drill a well, etc.  I've learned so much about E&P and only touched the surface.  This TD guy implies that a E&P startup should make it out of the gate within 2-3 years.  That alone dictates he has zero experience understanding the executive level of the business or what it takes.  This Brainyboy is another one!
