We put all our efforts into the TV side of the deal.  Most of our revenues previously came from our single movie reviews and actor interviews.  We also made money on Sport segments.  With Punch in the deal we focused on long form videos which ran on the TV network and not on the single shorts. As we move forward we have hired specific editors for long form and short form combines with distribution and social media involved in the short clips.   because of the over head costs of Punch we did not have the man power to assign individuals to these tasks.  Because of all of this my side brought in no revenues so the Q shows 0. With new people in place we will be able to better tap revenues across all areas of our business.
