Regardless of whatever concoction of a merger ther might be with LIE$, the new share structure of MMTE has got to be the final nail in the coffin of Willy and MMTE. The stock is garbage, MMTE is a joke, Willy is a nincompoop. Who would even consider buying this toxic waste?? If he eventually does RS, he puts the screws to every current shareholder... Not that he hasn't been doing that already. Slick Little Willy is at least good at something.....
