NANOTECH ENTERTAINMENT (NTEK)
NTEK is recently emerging from R&D and is stepping right into product with its unique designs and technology. NTEK has in its first quarter exceeded its revenue estimates by 37%, and is forecasted to be profitable by years end. Ntek is currently operating 3 divisions Media, Gaming, and Communications which are currently producing revenues for the company. These divisions are uniquely separate yet these technologies will converge at some point in the not too distant future.
NanoTech Media
NanoTech Media focuses on the emerging IPTV market with a variety of technology and content published on the Roku platform. Current channels include, Adam Curry’s Big App Show, On the Mike, and TechnoTV, and NanoFlix. The company has multiple channels planned to go into production by the end of summer including ClubbenTV with LA Hernandez, NanoBooks, and NanoTales for children. These new channels and others in the developmental stages will increase add revenue adding to the bottom line.
NanoTech Communications
NanoTech Communications focuses on the Mobile space, including developing technology and Apps for
the iPhone, iPad and Android platforms. NanoTweet currently being used by Foresite Compliance Site. The communication division is providing NanoTweet Scheduler, iFrames, and Iposters.
NanoTech Gaming Labs (NGL)
NGL is a provider of gaming technology for the coin-op arcade, casino gaming, and
consumer gaming markets. NGL operate as a virtual manufacturer, developing technology and games, and then licensing them to third parties for manufacturing and distribution. With an ever-expanding lineup of technology and products, NGL is redefining the role of developers and manufacturers in the gaming market. NGL’s team
is comprised of industry veterans such as David Foley, Alan Stone (Nintendo America), and Alexander “LX” Rudis (Atari). These veterans have collectively been responsible for dozens of award winning products, video games and technology. Currently NGL is shipping Jumper and Masher video redemption games to the US market and will be unveiling them to the European market through its British distributor Eletrocoin.
NGL will also be ready to distribute its new Pinball Wizard 2 controller for Xbox, and Playstation just in time for the holiday season. This product has been redesigned by partner Creative Pill. Also shipping is its MultiPin, 17 in 1 Pinball Arcade game, feeding the gaming communities appetite for nostalgia type games.
Ntek is currently creating a new division which will be focused on new technologies such as streaming 4K content to high end devices capable of super high definition resolutions. These technologies are currently untapped in the marketplace. Ntek has recently made inroads into this technology and is working feverishly to limit required bandwidth in order to bring it to market.
Nanotek has a proven management team who have come from some of the biggest names in the technology and gaming sector. As a company it has repeatedly shown a dedication towards its shareholders and the value in their investment by way of share buybacks in the amount of 238,000,000 shares in the last six months. It is likely that these buybacks will continue as Ntek is looking to become a household name.
