I see only 2 options for Baltia - R/S or Buyback.   Neither one of them I see happening in the near future. 

The R/s is typically a reputation risk event.  There are instances where this has been beneficial.  If tied to a massive piece of news, like Initial Flight, then any impact would be negated, because it would be like the birth of a new company.

The Buyback, will be long and painful.  It could also be a negative financial impact if the company does not perform and they buy shares higher than they are worth...  SO I expect this share basis for a while, unless there is a creative method to solving the problem.
