I am having a tough time reading the tea leaves at this point.  PaulQ says he has 101mil shares and is reporting what appears to me to include inside info on Icrud.  Someone is funding 5k per month facility for some reason and company is not pumping anything which makes me think it's not a p&d, just a small company trying to get big in a very tough environment.
