I sure hope the Q comes out today. I very much dislike Steve's use of the term "Edgarize". The last time he used that term, the filing was delayed by something like 2 weeks while it was supposedly being "Edgarized". Hopefully this "Edgarized" is different than the last "Edgarized".

I'm also leery of Steve coming on here and publicly stating another self-imposed deadline with an announcement. "More importantly,  being that is behind us is the new President and Board Members.  We will be announcing them later this week."
