I'm going to talk about these bigger thing via press releases. I can say we have everything and everyone in place to launch VU this Fall.  The last few days has all been about dealing with accounting rules and how the apply to our highly unusual situation.  Now this is done we never have to deal with it again.  Above this I have personally been helping producers of shows that aired with JC and never got paid as well as employees that where not paid by JC.
