The Q had a lot of issues dealing relating to proper accounting of the rescission of the Punch Deal.  There is nothing normal about this situation from an accounting standpoint so the auditors had to bring in some help to figure out the proper way to report this.  We have now finished and as soon as they can edgarize it we will file. It will be done today. I spoke to OTC Markets and they will put us back to QB in the morning.  And, yes this would not have happened if not for the actions of JC. Until just a few days ago we where asking for bank statements which he refused to supply.  We are lucky to have a great audit firm that was able to work through this. The Q is done and completed and approved to file now.  Our filing company is now goin through that process.  For this day forward we now have the accounting in perfect order and will not see delays on filings in the future.
