If the BPD is higher than 50 on no. 3 alone then IMO many will be chasing the PPS the day the market opens so IMO be ready. This will be a material event and I doubt any information can be leaked to an individual or this board.  We won't know the no. 3 flow rates until the public knows them.  IMO be prepared to chase or have an open market order placed  for a few ticks higher than market around 3 weeks from the time they connect the pump jack.  I know I will.
