During the three month period ended March 31, 2013 the Company issued Asher Enterprises during a total of 18,696,052 shares of the Company Common stock. The stock was issued in exchange for the conversion of note payable issued in 2012. The conversions were transacted four (4) times during the quarter as per terms of the agreement.
