Hedgie, basher, and MM manipulation has been ongoing with Treaty for many years now.  The only thing that will break this spell is numerous heavy buyers brought on by milestones.  Ok let's call all the sells buys and all the buys sells.  We can have 2mm buy volume and 1mm sell volume and it will make little difference in the PPS over the course of days. The manipulations will bring the PPS right back down.  Breaking this trend of manipulation will take a couple of material events.  Not a new lease or drilling a new well i.e. implying more expenses;  but a good amount of BPD that will imply "REVENUE".  Nothing else matters right now!
