$HIMR - in my opinion has continued to move forward...is it at a pace that everyone embraces? Probably not. But it seems by recent press, they are moving forward. Seeing the word "concession" was a good thing, a very good thing. Now we wait for updates. Patience is a virtue said the tortus to the hare.
But wouldn't a crystal ball be nice!
