Actually that section states, in part... "It is anticipated that the Form 10-Q Quarterly Report, along with the quarterly financial statements, will be filed on or before the 5th calendar day following the prescribed due date of the Registrant's Form 10-Q." That is Steve's statements.

The section I posted was the time frame allotted by statute. Perhaps you are right and it will be filed tomorrow, however it appears he doesn't have to file tomorrow.  However I hope your right and he does.
