If you were an IBM or Johnson & Johnson and were about to become closely tied to a stock at .0002, wouldn't you have a few demands-I would. Not saying NorthCal is equal to either of these, but they have a good thing going! And even if your sub-penny stock had the latest technology, what good is it to you down the road if the company you are involved with are crooks-it'll could back to bite you sooner or later.
