Kgem, I have gone over everything in your post before many, many times and agree with all you have said. The only thing we do not have is the answer to why NorthCal demanded a reduction in shares. To me it was like a gut check Bear Bryant used on his players-if you can go through it the hard way and do it right, then you can be part of our team. NorthCal did not want to be involved with a scam company doing nothing but selling shares out of a one room little office then do a reverse split and do it all over again. If they could get their company up and running and show some real value and they were truly interested in going forward, then NorthCal would gladly work with them. NorthCal intended from the beginning to maintain their reputation and was not going to let some sub-penny stock tarnish that reputation. I believe HIMR has passed NorthCal's gut check and are very pleased with their honesty and hard work. This may seem pretty simple but thats the way I see it.
