I did replay it. Guesstimate based on Holden saying 'inadequate samples for proper analysis'. So - not uniform expression yet, but perhaps some evidence of increased expression in 1 or 2 people....She says they 'need more patients to run this test to see if they're hitting the target'  - perhaps the data from remaining cohort 3 stragglers will validate any hint (or more than just a hint) of activity. More likely is they will have to complete cohort 4 before they consider the data to be solid.
