Alright. I have a guess. My guess is they may just have had first hint of p21 activation and until more samples available they won't recognize existing data as valid, just suggestive. May mean that p53 activation is more individual than guessed - and won't be uniform response until higher dose reached. Thank goodness it looks like higher dose will be reached! (But - this is all guesswork anyway).
