Slow Ranger,  you said "which will seem great compared to 2012's 10k";  what we are waiting for is the 2012 10K.  I think you mean compared to the 2011 10k.  We're also waiting on the 2013 1st quarter 10Q and if the "snails" don't move then we will be waiting on the 2013 2nd quarter 10Q.
