Does not look good here -- Mark may lose his holdings in tytan also --- that would mean his daughters and a couple of investor would be major share holders and probably controlling vote in the company. If so then there is a very good chance Mark will remain the CEO. I am hopeing that a tytan friendly person gets the Meeker property and leases it back to tytan.I think that would be the best scenerio, otherwise tytan will have to move. Remember we own tytan  as investors and should be off lmits to the FDIC . Notice that this never mentioned on the darkside of the world
