2013 appears to be Balita's year . . . . and even though there is a great deal of work to be completed, it is comforting to know that measurable, meaningful progress is being made at this time, and that there is a plan, a Schedule of Events that supports an expectation of Baltia beginning scheduled service to St. Petersburg well before the end of this calendar year.
