The former sole officer of Mind Solutions, Inc., Brent Fouch, was a former officer of Rapid Fire Marketing, Inc. up until August of 2009. In
December of 2011, Rapid Fire Marketing, Inc. contributed 10,000,000 preferred shares to Mind Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of

On March 31, 2013, the 10,000,000 preferred shares of Rapid Fire Marketing, Inc. were transferred from the Company to Brent Fouch for
consulting compensation. The fair market value of the shares on the date of transfer was $0.0016 which resulted in the company recording a
consulting expense of $480,000 and writing off the entire securities available-for-sale balance.
