We are trying to learn the legal consequences of Mr. Chaffee's transferring the Arizona State Land Trust lease from WSRA to himself and getting the exploration permit issued to himself.

There is more but you would have to read the board to follow it all. They scream no dilution but between Oct of 2011 and Mar of 2012, 185,000,000 shares were issued and probably dumped. This is GDSM - not SIRG!

IT was a good day as SIRG was up 10% and GDSM up 2% so they must be frustrated after all that work and they just could not keep SIRG down. We need a couple of new investors that will gobble up a million or more shares to get us back over a penny. We will get them.
