Let's clear up the lies and BS being posted on the other board! Here is the data to respond to that post.

Could you please provide the document that shows J. Rod EVER paid that much for 5M shares???
There is NO DOCUMENT that shows Rod every bought 5M shares because he never did! Where that poster got that idea from is unknown but it is pure unadulterated BS.
Rod purchased 9,700,000 SIRG shares in in his 5277 Partners LLC in Oct, 2010 when the lowest pps was .25!
Rod has "EARNED" 5,530,000 SIRG shares for consulting and in lieu of salary.
Includes 5,057,467 shares which are earned, but have not been issued . These shares are disclosed in this 10-K under Item 12: Shares Subscribed, Not Issued.
