Kgem, good post-might I add my 2 cents. I think we have already signed our first concession and the second is practically a done deal. We may not yet have a firm order for wood for NorthCal, but you can bet they have been talking to their top customers about what is coming and prepping them for some good orders. Thats what a good sales force does. Funding is also practically done. We don't know 100% who or what or where, but they are not at this stage without already lining a deal up. I think the Tigerlynk manufacturer is on the starting line just waiting for the green light. Share structure I have no opinion on.
