Hope, Inc. and have managed to update most of its representation. The company
is in the process of filing required documents with OTC Markets within weeks.

At this time we wish to announce a major change the
direction of the company.

Our board of Directors have approved the proposed merger
of 7598157 CANADA Corp. BDA The Clubs Choice Holding Company and Millenia Hope,
Inc.

This merger will give a new direction to our
