Do you know if HTI filed for a 5 day extension?  If they did, then they are not late unless they miss the 5 day extension. The plane will not take off until the extension is fulfilled. According to the governing body who makes the rules. At this point, I am willing to give them some breathing room. Because the governing body does. If nothing filed by the end of the day Monday, and if they filed for an extension, then they would be late.  My best to you,  Jim
