Giant Rocking Horse Gets Olympic-Year Showcase in London
The bronze sculpture of a curly- haired boy on a rocking horse was presented to Londoners today as the latest artwork chosen for the vacant platform in Trafalgar Square, known as the Fourth Plinth.
