we have the components here working for us. there is a lot being done behind the scenes here that we don't even know about. we are waiting for news on the merger that is suppose to be taking place. we are suppose to be merging with a company in new york city to my under standing . that is what has been said in some of the prs that have been put out . as they worded it we are talks with a company in new York city but they are not giving the name of the company as of whet so it is kind of a waiting game on this one. I think this is going to be good for us when it is al said and done  this is just my opinion on the matter so do your own due diligence on this.
