Technically, it did not. Apparently, some MM, who didn't know there was no 211 on file, quoted the stock. Whatever the case, as can be seen from the litigation filed, it was never supposed to trade anywhere but  in the grey market.

And now, its fate is sealed.

Same could happen here. Logic leads one to assume, that since Reid has done nothing, as far as is known, to deal with the problems that lead to the suspension. that the same could happen here. Clearly, the SEC does not move swiftly, so, if they are going to move, it could be quite some time yet.
