Sooooo, I'm a bit confused here. CLIL was formed in Chile to help with restrictions on foreigners minng. Was CLIL formed by Willy and Co or was it already in existence? I understand the share sales and so on, but if CLIL was and continues to be owned by MMTE, why was this only briefly mentioned in the MMTE Quarterly. IF MMTE owns CLIL and IF CLIL is in posession of these concessins, wouldn't this be something highlighted as an asset or at least repeated throughout the report? Mybe I'm missing something here or overanalyzing this but this whole thing looks like swiss cheese to me. Simply full of holes.
