Steve, some questions:

1. Is the upgrade to the higher stock exchange still on the table?

2. CV deal, I know you said we needed 5 airports to be profitable. I believe we have 3 at this point, we are making money, just not covering costs yet, correct.? IAre the doctors offices and other medical facilities part of the CV deal and do you know where that part of it stands?

3. Are Self Help Centers producing income

4. Are the city websites producing income
