Everything that went down after the end of the quarter will not change the Q.  However.  Material information, and it pretty much all is, will have to be so noted.  I am sure SS is working on making all the pertinent information known to shareholders (and potential shareholders) via notes on the Q.

On depreciation -- you can take depreciation as long as you own the asset.  Should you divest that asset (sell, retire, recind, whatever), then you stop taking depreciation on it.  You don't owe it back, as long as you owned the asset when you took it.
