Though there was one thing that intrigued me, the float!  596,083,082 A/O March 31st 2013  There is no way 1.4 billion of the OS hit the float since then.

So comparably thats a small float still.  Tells me there are a ton of preferred out there which means Mr. Tom will probably front a pump when it's time to convert.  Might still be another run coming to absorb the preferred. IMO
