I hear the acting director for the IRS is available.  Maybe SS could give him a job!  It's either that or we pay his unemployment!  Just kidding, but you gotta love the head fake -- the guy was scheduled to leave early June anyway!  So he gets to resign two weeks earlier, for a practice he didn't put into place anyway!  Way to grab the bull by the horns and solve the problem!!
