I am a little mystified by the numbers the math generated - I think there is more to the story than a 100 mg/kg mouse dose is equal to 304mg/m^2 human dose.  Getting from 10mg/m^2 to 304kg/m^2 seems strange.  Even if it doubled every time: 10, 20, 40, 80, 160, 320 - cohort 6, with fibonaci cohort 9 or 10???  Naw.  I would think that the study was created to expect to see the most excellent of kevetrin effects by somewhat early cohorts (i.e. the 5th/6th cohort number that has been thrown around).  As you say - Menon's excitement means something, and it means something good!
