I suspect Matt Dwyer and Pierce Fleming both have their finger prints all over these toxic shares that have brought us way down to the $0.01's.  So much for placing a guard dog in the IPO hen house Chris - unless there's a three way here...So much for Pierce Fleming clean DNYS shell. Didn't Chris know that anything Matt Dwyer touches Chris turns to chit. More will be revealed - I'm certain.......
