I just got an email from Andrew. This will put to bed some of the discussion of today. They do read this board and just wanted to let everyone know what is up with a possible RS. His email is below.
Ashley, as we make it a policy not to post on the boards would you please put this out there as a quote from Treaty Management on investors hangout.
